Administration of mobile devices can be time consuming and complex. It is even more complicated if the users are spread in different offices and maybe even in several countries. Optidev ServiceWeb with customer log-in, reduces the administrative work when equipment need repair. It enables customers to get full visibility of repair costs, repair status, and provides an accurate inventory list of all installed units, and where they are being used.
24-hour exchange repairs
Optidev offers service contracts with 24-hour exchange repairs. This allows customers to lower the number of spare units in stock, reduce the administrative work, and minimize system down-time. Optidev sends a new device to the right location as soon as the customer registers a service request on ServiceWeb. The new unit is configured and fully charged when it arrives to the customer site.
Turnaround repair plan
Optidev’s also offers a service plan for turnaround repairs. This is a good option when it is not as urgent to receive the units back. Optidev repairs the unit that the customer sends in, installs the software, and configures it according to the customer’s settings before returning it.
